INDICATION
Combining the two drugs Mometasone and Fusidic Acid, which both treat skin infections, creates Mometasone + Fusidic Acid. A steroid medication is Mometasone. It prevents the synthesis of specific chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause the skin to become irritated, inflamed, and red. An antibiotic is Fusidic acid. By inhibiting the synthesis of necessary proteins that the bacteria need to perform key tasks, it prevents bacterial development.

ADMINISTRATION OF DOSE
Your treating doctor will recommend the appropriate dose that is suitable for your infection. Cream/gel/ointment: It is only for external use. Take a small amount of gel/cream/ointment on the fingertip and apply a thin layer on the clean and dry affected area as prescribed & directed by your Dermatologist. Avoid contact with this medicine with your nose, mouth or eyes. In case of accidental contact with these areas, rinse with water thoroughly.
SIDE EFFECT
FEZIGRIP-M: Fusidic Acid IP + Mometasone has side effects like itching, dryness, redness and burning sensation at the application site. These symptoms normally do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if you face any other symptoms or the side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.
PRECAUTIONS
If you have any allergic reactions to FEZIGRIP-M: Fusidic Acid IP + Mometasone or any other medications, please inform your treating doctor. The combination is not recommended for diaper rash. Mometasone may increase the risk of infection in patients exposed to viral illnesses like chickenpox or measles.
