PYREMUST-M suspension is a medicine that helps with reducing fever and relieving pain. This has two things in it that make it work, Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid. Paracetamol helps to ease pain and reduce fever, whereas Mefenamic Acid is a type of medicine that reduces swelling and relieves pain. Paracetamol 125 mg + Mefenamic Acid 50 mg Suspension suspension comes in a liquid form and is taken by mouth. MEFENAMIC ACID+PARACETAMOL interferes with the action of a chemical signal called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzyme, which creates a different chemical known as prostaglandin. Prostaglandins are made at the site of injury and lead to discomfort and swelling. By preventing the action of COX enzymes, there is a decrease in the production of prostaglandins. This aids in lowering mild to moderate discomfort and swelling at the site of injury or damage. This is often used to treat problems like headaches, toothaches, period pains, and other not-too-severe pain and high temperature. PYREMUST-M suspension combines two medicines, Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid, useful in pains in various parts of the body, fever, and inflammation. It comes in the group of NSAIDs.
