CEDOWAL CV DS is a composition of Cefpodoxime Proxetil 50 mg and Potassium Clavulanate 31.25 mg available as a Syrup in a pack of HDPE 30 ml. The composition comes in the class of antibiotics prescribed by a Pediatrics consultant for children. The composition is used to fight bacterial infections of the lungs, throat, tonsil, skin, ear, respiratory problems, and urine problems. Cefpodoxime Proxetil comes in the class of antibiotics. It prevents bacterial protective covering that provides shelter for the growth & survival of bacteria. Potassium Clavulanate is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that decreases resistance and augments the activity of Cefpodoxime Proxetil against bacteria.

CEDOWAL CV DS syrup has two ingredients namely Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Potassium Clavulanate. This composition is prescribed for children suffering from fever, pain, and swelling.
CEDOWAL CV DS is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections of the skin, ear, respiratory tract, urinary tract, lungs, throat, tonsil, and sexually transmitted diseases.
Administration of Dosage
Medical history, age of the child, individual symptoms, and gender of the patient is considered for deciding the dosage of CEDOWAL CV DS syrup with the composition of Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Potassium Clavulanate.
Precautions and & Disclaimer
Aceclofenac and Paracetamol Syrup start giving effect within a few hours and it is the most preferred drug in children. It should be avoided in children having some allergy issues. The same should be brought into the knowledge of your doctor before the same is prescribed. You should also tell your doctor if the child is suffering from any liver or kidney infection.
