Description

This drug is a fixed combination of three medicines; ACECLOFENAC 100 mg plus PARACETAMOL 325 mg and SERRATIOPEPTIDASE 15 mg. BETERNAC SP: Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg tablet is available in the packing of 10*10 ALU-ALU and is prescribed by General Practitioners, Orthopedics, Gynecologists, Dentists, and ENT specialists. It comes under the family of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is a Schedule H drug available in tablet form to reduce pain & inflammation. Cyclo-oxygenase (COX) is a silkworm enzyme that causes pain and swelling on the affected tissue and the same is blocked by the use of ACECLOFENAC available in combination with the drug to reduce pain & swelling and paracetamol, a second salt in the drug works as pain & fever reducer. The third salt in the drug is Serratiopeptidase (an enzyme) that breaks down abnormal proteins available at the point of inflammation to ease out smooth drainage of fluid in the affected tissue. It makes fluids thin surrounding the area of injury for free flow of fluid in the swollen tissue, thus, helpful in the fast recovery of wounds.
