INDICATIONS

DOMPERIDONE+RABEPRAZOLE are prescribed as a gastrointestinal medicine composed of Rabeprazole (stomach acid reducer) and Domperidone (nausea/vomiting reducer). Together they decrease the amount of acid and prevent the symptoms of nausea and vomiting. It treats symptoms of acid reflux due to hyperacidity, stomach ulcer, and overproduction of acid due to a pancreatic tumor. Apart from these, RABEPRAZOLE + DOMPERIDONE is prescribed for reducing the excess amount of acid in the stomach. It also prevents the formation of an ulcer in the upper part of the intestine. It is also used for gas formation.

ADMINISTRATION OF DOSAGE

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. RABLIDOZE DSR comprising Rabeprazole + Domperidone 20mg/30mg Capsule is advised to be taken empty stomach. Follow the instructions of your doctor regarding the dose of Domperidone + Rabeprazole and you are to take the same dosage and duration exactly as directed by your doctor. It is a normal practice to take one capsule every day on an empty stomach. RABLIDOZE DSR Rabeprazole + Domperidone 20mg/30mg Capsule is taken with or without food. The dose you are given will depend on your medical condition and your response to the treatment for which this medicine is given. You must follow the instructions of your doctor regarding the periodicity of treatment. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop taking the medicine early, your symptoms can come back and become hard to treat.

It is to be taken preferably before 30 minutes of eating food to prevent acidity and heartburn. The patient has to consult the doctor for the right dosage for him. Several factors are involved while deciding the dosage like age, gender, and medical history of the patient.
