This drug is a fixed combination of two medicines; ACECLOFENAC 100 mg plus PARACETAMOL 325 mg. BETERNAC P: Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg tablet comes under the family of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is a Schedule H drug available in tablet form to reduce pain & inflammation. Cyclo-oxygenase (COX) is a silkworm enzyme that causes pain and swelling on the affected tissue and the same is blocked by the use of ACECLOFENAC available in combination with the drug to reduce pain & swelling. Paracetamol, the second salt in the drug, works as a pain & fever reducer, thus, being helpful in the fast recovery of wounds.
